What is Youth Incubator?
It is a platform developed by YLAB that offers employees the opportunity to lead studies on corporate challenges or emerging opportunities, and present the findings to relevant organizations for their endorsement. Supported by subject-matter experts and dedicated coaches, employees have the chance to create lasting impact within the organization. Idea owners maintain full ownership of the proposal and recommendations.

What is the criteria for proposals?
Youth incubator aims to adopt any proposal that meets the following criteria:

Proposal is relevant to an organization within the company
